General Ledger Accountant (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
- Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including notes to the financial statements and management reports, in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.
- Take responsibility for the complete, timely, and high-quality execution of all closing activities, including the coordination of the required reconciliation and support processes.
- Ensure the correct accounting treatment, valuation, and documentation of business transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Advise and support operational departments and controlling functions on accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Analyze balance sheet and profit-and-loss statement positions and prepare financial evaluations, closing analyses, and reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
