About the Role As a Full Stack Software Engineer at InstaLILY, you’ll own core pieces of our AI agent platform—from backend services and agent infrastructure to APIs and customer-facing UIs. This role is deeply client-facing, requiring you to engage with enterprise stakeholders from discovery through deployment. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of features across the full stack: backend services, agent infrastructure, APIs, and customer-facing UIs
- Build, ship, and operate LLM-powered systems: agents, RAG pipelines, tool-use frameworks, evaluation harnesses, and production-ready infrastructure
- Lead technical discovery with new enterprise customers; map workflows and translate real-world processes into shipped product
- Embed with customer teams during deployments and rollouts; provide engineering presence and decision-making in customer sessions
