About the Role As an FP&A Senior Specialist, you will maintain and plan the cost center and cost object structure for internal projects, and calculate performance rates for pre-concept and series development. You will also provide input for customer project calculations and deliver regular KPI reporting to support cross-functional decision-making. What You'll Do
- Maintain and plan the cost center and cost object structure for internal projects according to functional requirements.
- Calculate performance rates at the cost center level as baselines for pre/concept/series development projects.
- Perform cost center planning and contribute input for customer project calculations.
- Check planning adherence and monitor plan vs. actuals; highlight deviations to the respective functional units.
- Produce regular KPI reports and respond to ad-hoc controlling requests.
