About the Role Angor is seeking a motivated CIMA Intern to support the Financial Controller in the Property Management Division. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and business operations within a fast-paced property environment. You will work with experienced professionals to develop technical and commercial skills and contribute to the growth of the organisation. What You'll Do
- Support the monthly statement run: receipting debtors, loading readings and batches, generating statements, updating accounts, and processing payments with Finance.
- Run monthly reports: scan/invoice linking, generate monthly financial reports, verify calculations and accruals, and respond to portfolio queries prior to sending reports.
- Handle system and process queries related to monthly statements and reports; assist with reconciliations.
