About the Role Join ZF as a Financial Analyst within the Monterrey-based team (FutureStarter program) to help shape the future of mobility. The role focuses on budgeting, cost analysis, financial controls, and reporting to enable operational efficiency and informed decision-making across ZF operating units and corporate finance. What You'll Do
- Coordinate the preparation of budgets, review budget proposals, and prepare supporting documentation and justification; analyze budget variances.
- Review profit and loss and balance sheet accounts to support operational efficiencies and budget achievement.
- Monitor month-end data and variance reviews; oversee capital and asset investment programs, approvals, tracking actual vs. budget, and ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Lead and monitor initiatives for cost improvement and cost reduction.
