ICON is seeking a Financial Accountant II in Chennai to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and support for strategic financial planning. You will manage financial statements, lead month-end and year-end close, perform detailed financial analysis, maintain strong internal controls, participate in audits, build financial models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and efficient operations. - Manage and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
