Finance Manager
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports for senior management, stakeholders, and auditors. Develop and manage the annual budgeting process. Prepare cash flow forecasts, project finance models, and cost-benefit analyses. Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analyse operational costs, especially related to vessel operations, port charges, crew wages, bunkering, and dry-docking. Work closely with operations and technical departments to control and reduce costs. Monitor voyage performance and profitability. Manage cash flow to meet operational and capital requirements.
