What We Need
The Finance Manager is a leadership and operational finance role responsible for partnering with the Market President and/or VP-Finance on all Finance needs across the Market. The Finance Manager steers the financial planning and analysis process to make the best short-term and long-term business decisions, while driving process improvement. Position entails leading and developing Market finance team and functions including special project support, budgeting, cost management, revenue optimization, business planning, reporting and analytics, and consulting with business leaders. The Finance Manager will lead the analysis of sales and margin in addition to developing and measuring KPIs. The Finance Manager reports to the VP Finance for the Division and has a dotted line report to the Market President.
