About the Role The Finance Manager oversees the end-to-end financial management of the Singapore legal entity, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, corporate policies, and financial reporting standards. The role supports business decision-making through financial analysis, governance, and strategic planning, while maintaining strong internal controls and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/IFRS).
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, including: annual financial statements, corporate income tax filings (IRAS), GST reporting and compliance; liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities (ACRA, IRAS).
- Maintain compliance with Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations.
