Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the hotel and support strategic decision-making that drives business performance and profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls while ensuring alignment with the financial standards of Accor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall financial operations of the hotel including accounting, reporting, and financial controls
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets
- Ensure compliance with Accor financial policies, internal audit standards, and statutory regulations
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and revenue performance to support operational profitability
