About the Role A commercially astute, senior finance leader who can operate at executive and Board level within a fast-growing, private equity–backed business. You will partner with the General Manager/Director and divisional leadership to influence decision-making, lead financial planning, and safeguard governance and statutory compliance. What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to the General Manager/Director and divisional leadership team, challenging the business to maximise performance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, providing clear, timely insight to executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Drive optimisation of financial performance against key metrics, improving predictability through robust forecasting, review and control frameworks
