Job Summary
- The Filler Operator operates and monitors the bottle-filling and packaging machinery used in the production of bottled water.
- The role ensures that bottles are properly filled, capped, sealed, and transferred for labeling and packaging in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the water filling machine and associated production equipment.
- Set up the filler machine according to the required bottle size and production specifications.
- Ensure bottles are properly positioned, filled to the correct level, capped, and sealed.
- Monitor the filling process for leaks, underfilling, overfilling, damaged bottles, or faulty caps.
- Conduct routine checks on the filler, capper, conveyor, and other production equipment.
