About the Role Field Sales Representative for Sicily (Catania) area focused on maximizing Kellogg brand sales and ensuring top-notch Trade Marketing 4 Ps execution at the POS. You will define POS panel and coverage, analyze market trends, and provide actionable recommendations, coordinating with RAM/NAM and other FSRs. You’ll promote Kellogg’s image and adapt to market changes. What You'll Do
- Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and reaching qualitative objectives in their POS, guaranteeing an excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps
- Responsible for defining their POS panel and their effective coverage (weekly visit schedule)
- Periodically analyses, sharing views/opinions with their manager to identify short- and medium-term actions
- Monitor the market and competitor’s evolution in their territory
