Job Summary
- The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and optimization of the refinery's physical assets, including production support facilities, administrative buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and company-owned properties.
- The role ensures that all facilities, equipment, and support services are effectively managed to provide a safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient operating environment.
- The Facilities Manager is also responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, contractor management, regulatory compliance, property upkeep, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and organizational objectives.
