About the Role The Estates Partner will lead regional capital works and drive safety, sustainability and operational excellence across the Trust's 63 schools in three regions. Reporting to the Senior Partner for Estates and Health & Safety, you will act as a senior advisor to Headteachers and site teams to translate strategy into site-level excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead regional capital works and support the rollout of the new asset management planning system.
- Coordinate insurance (RPA) and manage external contractors.
- Conduct audits and site visits to ensure statutory standards are met and maintenance schedules are followed.
- Manage funding bids (SCA) and engage with the DfE and Diocesan trustees.
- Provide hands-on guidance and CPD to school site staff to elevate estates management Trust-wide.
