About the Role Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech, LLC seeks an ERP Business Analyst to support a NAVSEA Shipyard Support Office client. This role requires strong knowledge of Navy Shipyard Programs, corporate software suites, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and change management; experience with process improvement, data gathering, analysis, and implementation. The position is contingent upon award. What You'll Do
- Provide SME in continuous process improvement across NAVSEA, NSSO, and related communities.
- Develop and implement change strategies, governance, and workflows for shipyard processes.
- Facilitate technical conferences and meetings; contribute content and analysis.
- Offer event management support with Lean Six Sigma; map processes; data analysis; cost-benefit assessments.
- Coordinate reviews and consensus-building for AIM-NG and other process docs.
