What you will enjoy doing
- You will participate in an eighteen‑month rotational training program designed to develop deep technical expertise in hydrogen production and basic air separation processes
- You shall complete a six‑month technical training rotation in The Woodlands, Texas focused on Hydrogen and Air Separation technologies followed by a one‑year plant engineering assignment
- In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional groups including Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, Process Controls, and Operations to gain hands‑on experience
- Take responsibility for supporting operational improvement initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to plant reliability and process optimization
