Description & Requirements The Entity Management, Legal Professional will join the Global Corporate Maintenance Solutions (GCMS) team based in the Belfast Center and contribute to the Firm’s global corporate compliance work. The role-holder will work closely with the Global Reorganizations Practice Group, which specializes in the design and execution of complex domestic and cross border reorganizations. The group includes professionals from various practice areas and is experienced in all forms of corporate restructuring.
