The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for developing Univar’s continuous improvement capability and accountable for driving large enterprise-wide projects which require specialized depth or breadth of expertise. Guides others in resolving complex issues in a specialized area serving as a lead resource for best practices on functional teams. Also takes on a larger role mentoring junior Black Belts. This role will coordinate with various cross-functional business partners to drive targeted Univar improvement projects utilizing numerous methodologies and fundamental project management techniques including but not limited to Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
