- Procedures, Standards and the Quality System Ensures application of EniProgetti and Eni procedures and workflows and compliance with quality requirements Ensures engineering activities are executed both in accordance with Eni standards and with involvement of Technical Authority. In liaison with the HSEQ department, organises project audits, performance appraisal and continuous‑improvement reviews, implements and captures Lessons Learned, monitors project performance and implements corrective actions when necessary
