About the Role Wise is seeking an Engineering Lead for the GetPaid Formats team to help build new ways of getting paid and improve existing ones. You will work closely with Product to set team direction, mentor engineers, and drive a high-performance team to make Wise's getting-paid offering among the best in the industry. What You'll Do
- Set up the team direction and vision with Product.
- Mentor and grow engineers to build a high-performance team able to deliver high-quality getting-paid features.
- Work on invoice and payment link tools and develop new getting-paid methods such as subscriptions and in-person payments.
- Enable our products in more regions and expand Wise's getting-paid coverage.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless money receiving experiences. What We're Looking For
