Job Title: Engineer - Radio Access Performance Job ID: 7384 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Reports To: Manager - Radio Access Performance. Division: Network

To measure the network indicators and provide NWG with data/information.
To evaluate trends in network performance and recommend solutions to optimize network performance.

Monitor and evaluate multi vendor Radio Access Network (RAN) performance to ensure KPI stability, service continuity, and optimal end user experience.
Maintain detailed cluster and site level performance awareness to support proactive performance management and informed management feedback.
Detect network degradations and coordinate escalation and resolution with Managed Services Vendors, Operations, Optimization, and Field teams within agreed SLAs.
