FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of one of the most significant UK employment law transformation programmes in recent years. As legislation evolves and new employment rights are introduced across 2026 and 2027, you'll play a critical role in ensuring FNZ remains compliant, operationally ready, and positioned for success.
