This individual will initially support commercial healthcare implementation initiatives focused on standing up and operationalizing next-generation Oracle Health and AI-enabled healthcare solutions across customer environments. Over time, the role will transition into supporting Federal healthcare modernization programs, including VA-focused Oracle Health Millennium and EHR implementation efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong program delivery expertise, operational leadership capabilities, and experience helping organizations build programs, processes, and implementation structures from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating order and scalable operational frameworks, and can partner across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
