Job Summary
Lead multiple complex EDMS (OnBase) projects across a multi-vendor ecosystem, from initiation through implementation and stabilization. Develop and maintain integrated, logic driven project schedules using Microsoft Project or ADO Project Management tools including critical path analysis, sprint management, and baseline control. Communicate with the company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed. Actively manage project teams to meet committed dates; identify schedule risk early and drive corrective action. Apply formal stage gate governance, ensuring entry/exit criteria, readiness reviews, approvals, and quality checks are completed before advancing phases.
