About the Role The Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor (EYSPA) will provide targeted coaching and guidance to eligible early years settings as part of the EYSPA Programme within the Sheffield and Beyond Early Years Stronger Practice Hub. The role supports the Department for Education's Best Start in Life Strategy by boosting children's development, improving outcomes and narrowing the disadvantage gap. What You'll Do
- Provide coaching and guidance to early years settings and practitioners using your expertise and experience
- Address issues quickly and effectively, helping settings implement best practices
- Travel across the assigned area (at least Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham) to support settings
- Collaborate with schools and settings and work closely with the EYSPA Lead and hub team What We're Looking For
- Experience in early years education and/or advisory roles
