About this role
About the Role The Regional Driver Trainers (RDTs) will oversee training and compliance for the fleet operations of Linde Canada Packaged Gases, including, but not limited to, providing support for training, SOP implementation, managing and reporting safety KPIs, and the development of personnel in the field distribution and fleet operations. The RDTs will be responsible for supporting multiple locations and traveling will be necessary to ensure adequate face time with drivers.
What You'll Do
- Manage training activities across an assigned territory, including onboarding new drivers, refresher sessions, and ongoing skills development.
- Conduct coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and road evaluations with drivers to reinforce safe driving habits.
- Monitor driver performance and behaviors, identify opportunities for improvement.
