Disability & Accommodation Consultant
Position Summary The Disability & Accommodation Consultant is responsible for the disability management of sick leave and long term disability (LTD) cases for all staff and faculty at the University of Toronto. The incumbent is responsible for providing accommodation services to employees with a disability and those returning to work with temporary job restrictions. The incumbent liaises with the external LTD service provider on behalf of University and is the provider’s University contact on individual cases. The incumbent provides information and advice to HR and managers on, policy, procedures and best practices related to sick leave, LTD and accommodation.
