About the Role BlackRock is seeking a Director, Aladdin Solutions Architect within Aladdin Engineering to lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across critical business transformation initiatives. The role partners with BlackRock Global Markets to define and deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with Aladdin’s platform architecture and engineering standards.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for key Aladdin capabilities and workflows.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and implementable designs.
- Be the glue across core Aladdin Product and Platform teams; drive cross-functional delivery.
- Lead globally distributed engineering teams and manage the full Agentic SDLC (design through production).
