As the Data Operations Lead, you will ensure robust, reliable, and responsive data operations across Shell Energy Trading, acting as the operational backbone for all data flows and user support. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and availability of trading data pipelines, managing SLAs, and providing first-line support for data-related queries and requests. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the Data Operations Lead combines technical oversight with operational excellence to guarantee that Shell Energy’s trading data infrastructure is fully optimised. What you’ll be doing Data Pipeline Operations Run and monitor intraday and end-of-day (EOD) data pipelines across trading systems. Ensure timely and accurate data delivery to support trading, risk, and analytics functions.
