About the Role The Data Governance Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that Data Governance and Data Architecture remain tightly aligned with GreenShield’s Enterprise Architecture Operating Model. This role embeds regulatory, compliance, privacy, and data security considerations into all new technology architectures adopted by the organization. It requires strong cross-functional leadership across Security, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, IT, People & Culture, and Finance to continuously advance GreenShield’s data management maturity, measured against the DAMA-DMBOK framework. What You'll Do
- Lead Data Governance and Privacy contributions for RFP responses in support of new client opportunities, and provide Data Privacy and Data Security responses for recurring client questionnaires.
