About the Role A Data Engineer focused on Data Platforms on AWS will advise on, develop, and maintain data engineering solutions on the AWS Cloud, designing batch and real-time pipelines and data layers to support data warehouses and datalakes. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and operate batch and real-time data pipelines using AWS services (EMR, Glue, Glue Catalog, Kinesis) for seamless data integration and operation.
- Create data layers on AWS RedShift, Aurora, and DynamoDB, and migrate data using AWS DMS.
- Develop batch and real-time pipelines for Data Warehouse and Data Lake using AWS Kinesis and Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka.
- Schedule and manage data services on the AWS Platform to ensure reliable operation.
- Apply open source technologies such as Apache Airflow and dbt, with Spark/Python or Spark/Scala on AWS to support data engineering solutions. What We're Looking For
