About the Role Whova is looking for a full-time Data Analyst to help improve and optimize our product by turning user interaction data into actionable insights. You’ll study how users engage with features, identify pain points, and partner with data and product teams to guide product decisions. This role sits at the intersection of data science and product, helping shape features that enhance event engagement. What You'll Do
- Design and conduct studies on product features to understand how users engage with them
- Analyze large quantities of user data (both structured and unstructured) and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Synthesize findings into clear visualizations and concise reports to present to stakeholders
