About the Role Lead a small Data Analytics team and own end-to-end data onboarding, validation, and analysis to drive data-driven decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Experience Studies and Technical Accounting to ensure data alignment from ingestion to consumption, delivering actionable insights and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Lead and directly manage a team of 2–3 Data Analysts, providing day-to-day guidance, technical oversight, and structured feedback to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate workload across the team, ensuring effective resource utilization and clear accountability.
- Review analyses and deliverables to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to agreed standards.
- Coach and develop team members through hands-on support, knowledge sharing, and continuous performance feedback.
