About the Role Summer Customer Service Representatives (Fixed Term) are on-site in LCBO stores in Emo, Ontario for Summer 2026, supporting customer service and store operations during the peak season. This is a part-time, fixed-term position with paid training from May 4, 2026 to September 7, 2026. What You'll Do
- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Ask for donations for our partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign).
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys.
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products.
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles).
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods. What We're Looking For
