About the Role The Customer Quality Agent at Hertz Rent A Car supports operations at OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and helping to detect and prevent undetected damages on vehicles. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and handle/resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Daily checks to detect undetected damages on vehicles and report findings.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain organized branch records.
- Assist with general branch and vehicle housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Work in a team under pressure, with flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Use Microsoft Office and vehicle system knowledge; understand basic vehicle types (automatic/manual).
