- Minimum of 8 years expansive experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong supervisory experience within financial services or banking
- CIMA Certification is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
