This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional with strong expertise in corporate transactions, commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters.
- Provide legal support on company incorporations, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and related transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements and transaction documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare legal opinions, advisory memoranda, and transaction documentation.
