About the Role Tsogo Sun is hiring for multiple roles across Food & Beverage, property management, and site operations. These positions support guest experiences and business operations at various sites, including the Nelson Mandela Capture Site. What You'll Do
- Controller: effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including procurement, stock control, ordering and budgets.
- Tenant Co-ordinator: coordinate and support property and tenanting management, compliance, tenant billing and general operational activities.
- Supervisor, Nelson Mandela Capture Site: supervise all functions of the Capture Site, including staff and operational activities.
- Supervisor in F&B: effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment and service standards.
