We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of an expanding organization that owns multiple medical practices in Alberta. This position will oversee accounting, treasury, reporting, and compliance while helping strengthen systems, controls, and financial insight across the business. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership and operational stakeholders to support sound decision-making and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a finance team of five, setting priorities and strengthening day-to-day accounting operations across the organization.

Provide oversight of financial management activities, including accounting practices, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and reporting standards.
