Job Description This is an intern-level leadership position. The Content Operations Intern Lead coordinates and supervises a team of content interns performing CMS standardization, content audit and migration, defect validation, reporting, and training-documentation work. The Lead is responsible both for doing this work and for making sure the intern team completes it accurately and on schedule.
The Lead reports to the program owner and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for the intern team.
