About the Role This position provides overall management of capital building project(s) at Baruch College, focusing on planning, execution, and completion of design and construction, including renovation and maintenance of facilities. The role ensures compliance with safety, design standards, laws, and university procedures, and utilizes project management systems to track progress. The assignment is temporary pending establishment of the Project Manager Civil Service list. What You'll Do
- Manage ongoing capital projects with emphasis on mechanical systems.
- Oversee planning, design, construction, renovation and/or maintenance of facilities within a campus/university setting.
- Develop quality standards, monitor performance, and ensure safety and CUNY standards.
