Job Summary
- The Compliance Specialist supports the implementation and monitoring of DPRP’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- The role focuses on identifying compliance risks, supporting policy development, and ensuring timely regulatory filings and reporting.
- The position works closely with the Compliance Lead, General Counsel, and Company Secretary to promote effective governance, mitigate regulatory risks, and maintain a strong compliance culture across the organization.
