Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Lagos, Nigeria
Function Mission
- Implement and administer ME’s rewards and benefit policies and manage all aspects of the payroll, such as establishing appropriate checks and balances to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews
- You will be developing programs that improve the engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
Responsibilities
May include but are not limited to:
- Provide support in the preparation of staff payroll in a timely manner.
- Design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal and industry requirements.
- Monitor the administration of all staff tax matters and manage pension schemes.
