About the Role Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) are integral to delivering multicenter, multi-regional trials. They lead clinical delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring new therapies to patients and ensure delivery in line with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and contract requirements. What You'll Do
- Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol), customer requirements (contract), and internal requirements (policies, SOPs, project plans).
- Accountable for meeting recruitment targets and implementing appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to project risk mitigation planning and manage risks through the lifecycle.
- Ensure clinical quality by identifying standards, measuring compliance, and overseeing quality issues.
