Job title: Class 1 DOT Driver
About the Role The DOT Driver is responsible for the safe delivery of bulk liquid products between Linde production plants and customer sites in Montréal East, QC, with occasional cross-border duties into the United States.
What You'll Do
- Work up to 70 hours per week, 14 hours per day, on a 4ON/4OFF rotating shift or a 4ON/3OFF night shift schedule.
- Complete required equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Enter and exit the cab using a 3-point contact from a height of 3 feet; handle hoses weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand outside for up to 90 minutes to monitor loading and unloading processes.
- Deliver cryogenic and refrigerated liquid products to scheduled customers.
- Complete all required documentation (TDG, trip reports, fuel tickets, etc.) and use computerized systems/e-logs.
- Always wear appropriate PPE while performing duties.
