About the Role The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the NCC's ICT function on a fixed-term five-year contract, renewable based on performance. The role requires developing and managing ICT strategy and operations to support the NCC’s mandate, while ensuring secure, reliable and scalable technology platforms. What You'll Do
- Direct ICT operations and infrastructure management, coordinating NCC computer requirements and supervising LAN/WAN, database environments, application development, and IT support services to ensure availability and reliability.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and vendor relationships, including renewal of maintenance contracts, requirements gathering, contract negotiations, and monitoring service delivery for ICT projects, hardware, software and services.
