Overview
The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee all financial operations, and ensure fiscal health, compliance, and sustainable growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the FinTech/VAS space and a proven track record at C-Suite level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting functions
- Ensure compliance with CBN, SEC, FIRS, and other relevant regulatory bodies in FinTech/VAS
- Lead fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships
- Manage financial risks, internal controls, and corporate governance frameworks
- Provide commercial insights to support product pricing, new VAS offerings, and expansion
