What you'll be doing: As Chief Accountant Slovakia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of Avon’s financial reporting and statutory accounting activities. Acting as a trusted finance expert, you will oversee statutory and corporate accounting requirements, lead audit and compliance activities, and provide guidance on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters. Working closely with local and global finance teams, shared service partners, auditors, and external advisors, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen financial controls, and continuously improve accounting processes in a dynamic multinational environment.
