Chat Product Manager
About this role
Zoom Chat is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the core messaging experience, including how direct messages and channels evolve to be simpler and more intuitive. This role will be the backbone of how people get async work done, and you will partner closely with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to bring AI-powered and thoughtfully designed experiences into everyday messaging, shaping how millions of people communicate at work.
The Zoom Chat Product Team focuses on driving adoption, daily usage, and long-term growth of Zoom Team Chat by delivering intuitive, integrated, and high-value communication experiences.

- Contribute to and help drive key areas of the messaging experience, from requirements and design through delivery and post-launch iteration.
